Our Docks & Slips application was developed with marinas, developers, individual owners, brokers involved in the rental and sales of boat docks and slip in mind. Boat storage companies can as well use this application to rent boat storage space.
Our application allows them to manage their docks and slip inventory and maintain a complete web presence
under their own domain name with:
- An ad management module to place docks and slips for rent or sale.
- A google map interface to shop exact location and driving directions
- A calendar module to show when new docks and slips will become available
- A newsletter to send at regular interval news to the subscribers base
- A content management system to add news and information relevant to the company or industry.
The Docks & Slips inventory module is using custom templates to allow the entry of accurate and detailed information about the docks and slips for sale or rent.
It gives the opportunity to the individual owner, developer, marina manager to enter detailed information
about each slip and dock available.

Any marina, broker interested in placing docks or slips on live auction (with a start and reserve price will be able to do it directly from the site administration interface)
All docks and slips flagged for auctions will appear automatically on the domain name:

VI. Customized modules
Special Offers: A module allows you to select docks and slips you want to place on Sale or on Featured status.
The modules allows you to define a start and end date for the sale.
Special offers custom newsletter : Once your special offer selection is done, you can send an HTML formatted newsletter
with dock image thumbnails and summary description to all subscribers.

With the hosted solution, we define ourselves as an Application Service Provider: you do not have to worry about the technical aspects. We manage ther servers, databases, backups and do the support.

This solution allows you as well to avoid an up front investment , you pay on a monthly basis for the application
- Unlimited docks and ships version hosted solution: $125 / month.
-> Application purchase: you buy the application and can host it on your own server. We provide the support and do the installation and configuration.

We provide standard 30 days support for all applications and we have custom support contracts for clients with special needs.
