I. Yacht Charter Reservation Solution :: Main Features
This solution allows a yacht charter company to manage and promote online a fleet of yachts for charter.
The solution includes already custom templates for motor yachts, sailboats.
It allows to present professionally the fleet while giving a very quick ad easy management interface to the reservation agents. A quotation system gives the opportunity to reservation agents to create quotes with options and manage the requests for availability.

Online forms allow site visitors to request more information, or availabilities about a specific yacht... All the requests are saved in tables. email notifications are sent to reservation agents. They can process the request directly in the system. They answer through a quotation module which gives them the opportunity to price additional options requested by the client |

Images are uploaded through a flash utility allowing for the bulk upload and resizing of the listing images without timeout. |

II. Features Comparison between VersionsThe Yacht Charter Reservation solution is now available in 3 versions. The Lite version is the perfect entry level solution for charter companies with a small fleet.
It can be used as well by a single luxury yacht to manage online the reservations.
They will have a turnkey solution with a set of features found only in custom solutions.

III. Powerful & Integrated Syndication ServicesOur Solution offers a very powerful synchronization tool in order to increase instantly the visibility of the listings in the Longitude 64 Yachting Network composed of over 40 web sites (and growing) targeting the yachting and luxury markets.

The Longitude 64 Yachting Network is a syndication of web sites targeting specific users in the yachting market: sailboats, power boats, geographic locations, specific brands... At present over 40 sites are part of this network. All our customers using our applications have the possibility to subscribe to the automatic syndication service in order to increase the exposure of their listings. |
| Automatic Synchronization |
The synchronization is automatic between our client site and the Longitude 64 Yachting Network when the subscription starts. Every 24 hours, New listings and updates will be synchronized with the Yachting Network automatically. |
IV. License Our solutions are sold under a commercial license. The purchase of a license allows you to use one application on one domain domain only. We control the proper use of the license by encoding the components and modules with ioncube. However, we leave open the tmpl files to allow designers to change the layout.
We have a discount table for web companies who would purchase several licenses in a calendar year.
V. Technical RequirementsOur solution aims to provide a flexible path for future upgrades and new features. Thus, we recommend to have current versions of OS and compiled extensions.
The recommended configuration however has nothing uncommon and is found in standard with reliable hosting companies.
